A 30% deposit books your build slot and work starts the same week. The remaining 70% is due only at delivery — never before you've seen it working.
We build your tool and send a short progress update every 2 days — screenshots or a live link, so you always know exactly where things stand. Mid-build feedback is welcome.
We stress-test everything first — edge cases, phones, slow connections. Then you try it on your real workflow. Small tweaks are free within the agreed scope.
You pay the balance, we run a live 15-minute training, and every account, password and piece of data is handed over to you. Then 14 days of free support begin.
The balance is only due when the tool works as promised. If something in the agreed scope isn't delivered, you don't pay for it. Simple as that.

Yes — for focused, single-purpose tools. We lock the scope on the call, and what we agree on ships in 7 days. Bigger projects get a clear plan and timeline upfront, so nothing surprises you.
How is pricing decided?
After the call you get a fixed price: you know the full cost before we start. Small tools are affordable by design, and the first 10 businesses get free setup.
I'm not technical — can I still use it?
These tools are designed for non-technical owners on purpose. You'll use it from your phone, and we include a 15-minute live walkthrough at handover. It clicks fast.
Can you connect it to the tools I already use?
Usually yes — Shopify, Etsy, Stripe, WhatsApp, Google Sheets, accounting software and more. If your tool has an API, we can almost certainly wire it in. That's half the fun.
When and how do I pay?
A 30% deposit books your slot and kicks off the build. The remaining 70% is due at delivery, after you've seen and approved the working tool. Bank transfer or card — whichever suits you. The price agreed upfront never changes mid-project.
Is my data safe?
Your data is yours. You can export everything at any time, and records are backed up regularly. We'll happily walk you through exactly how it's stored.
What if I don't like it?
You get free revisions within the agreed scope until it does what we promised. We aim for long-term relationships, not one-off sales — a tool you hate helps neither of us.
